What Is the Paddle Customer Portal?

Paddle is our trusted payment vendor that securely processes all Elfsight transactions. So if you receive an email or payment notification from Paddle — don’t worry! It’s simply related to your Elfsight subscription.

You can manage your subscription either directly in your Elfsight Dashboard or through the Paddle Customer Portal. It's a secure hub where you can find and manage all your purchases made through Paddle. In one place, you can:

  • Review past payments and view your subscription details.
  • Update payment details when your card changes or expires.
  • Download invoices or edit your billing address.
  • Cancel your subscription if it's no longer required.

How to Log In to Your Paddle Customer Portal

Follow these quick steps to access your subscription in Paddle:

1

Open the Paddle Customer Portal using the direct link or find the email titled “Your subscription to Elfsight” in your inbox and click the Update link:

2

On the sign-in page, enter the email address you used during checkout, complete the CAPTCHA, and click Sign In:

You’ll see a confirmation message that a sign-in email has been sent to your inbox:

3

Check your inbox for an email with the subject “Your Elfsight sign in link”.
Click View my account to log in:

Note: For security reasons, your sign-in link is temporary and valid for 1 day (as stated in the email). If it expires, simply repeat the steps above to request a new link.

That’s it — you’re in! 🎉 You can now view invoices, manage subscriptions, and update your payment details from the Paddle Customer Portal.
