Adding Address & VAT to Your Invoices in Paddle Customer Portal
Paddle is our trusted payment vendor that handles all Elfsight transactions. It provides a secure hub where you can manage all your purchases and subscriptions – the Paddle Customer Portal.

Before You Start
If you need to edit your invoice, please first check if you see a View Invoice button next to your payment in the Billing tab of your Elfsight Dashboard:

If you can only download your invoice, it means you need to edit it in the Paddle Customer Portal. Follow the instructions below to make the necessary changes.
Editing Your Invoice in Paddle Customer Portal
If you need to edit your address or add VAT to your invoice, follow these steps:

Log in to the Paddle Customer Portal using the link in your Elfsight subscription confirmation email or via the direct portal link.

Select the transaction and invoice you want to update in the Payment tab:

Click the Update Invoice button in the payment details:

In the popup window on the left, fill in the required fields, including your Full Name, Company Name, VAT/Tax ID, and full billing address.
Once you've filled in all the necessary fields, click the Update Invoice button:

Confirm the invoice update by clicking the corresponding button:

FAQ
I don't have a VAT number or company address. Can I add my personal address?
Absolutely! The company details are not required. If you only need to add or edit your personal address, simply leave the Company Name and Tax ID fields empty.
How can I change the country or VAT on my invoice?
Unfortunately, this cannot be done directly in the Paddle Customer Portal. Please contact our Support Team, and we’ll assist you. 🙌
I've edited my latest invoice. Will the future invoices reflect these changes?
Yes, all future invoices for your subscription will include the information you updated in your latest invoice.
I made a mistake while editing my invoice. What can I do?
Please contact our Support Team or reach out to Paddle (our payment processing company) directly at assist@paddle.com.
Can I get a VAT refund after adding my VAT ID?
Absolutely! The system will automatically request a VAT refund, and you should see it in your payment details in the Paddle Customer Portal. However, if this didn’t happen, feel free to contact our Support Team or reach Paddle directly at assist@paddle.com.
