Why my Audio Player widget doesn't play on Apple device

You may notice that the Audio Player widget doesn't play automatically on your Apple devices such as iPhone or MacBook. The reason for this behavior is technical restrictions on the Apple side.

With the latest macOS versions and iOS 14 onwards, Apple has introduced changes to their autoplay terms and policies. As a result, audio autoplay is currently blocked on these devices, and external factors cannot overcome this limitation.

We recommend that you enable play and volume controls in the widget's settings so that your website visitors can manually play music in the widget. A simple touch of the volume control is enough to trigger autoplay.
