Exclude Shorts from a Channel

If you don’t want to create a separate playlist, you can make a custom link to show only videos (excluding Shorts) from a channel. Here’s how:

1

Get the YouTube channel ID. Open the channel → click ...more in the channel description:

Click Share channelCopy channel ID:

For example, the channel ID for Elfsight Affiliates is UCGxFUjhwTm3KnLn1YKP6oHg.

2

Replace UC in the channel ID with UULF. For example:

  • Original channel ID:

    UCGxFUjhwTm3KnLn1YKP6oHg

  • Converted channel ID:

    UULFGxFUjhwTm3KnLn1YKP6oHg

3

Copy the new UULF-channel ID. Add it to the end of this URL template: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=. For example:

4

Go to the Source tab → leave the YouTube Channel URL field empty and click Source Group:

Click Add Source Group:

Click Add URL and paste the URL you created:

All done! 👏
