Google Reviews: How to add reviews of a business with no physical address

Sometimes you can't link your reviews to your Google Reviews widget by adding your business's physical address. For instance, you have an online business, or you work in the area and don't have a street name you can use. What do you do then?

In that case, you can display your reviews by using Google Maps embed code. Check out our step-by-step guide below to see how it works.

First, you need to get a Google Maps Embed code for your business. To do it, find your business in Google Maps and click Share. Then go to the Embed a map tab in the popup window:

Copy the HTML code:

Go to the Source tab of your widget's settings and paste the code to the Google Place Address field. Click Search:

You'll see the results below the search box. Click on the name of your business and watch your reviews get collected in the preview:

Great! Now that your reviews are in, you can move on to customizing their appearance.
