How to Add Google Reviews of a Business With No Physical Address

Sometimes, linking your reviews to the Google Reviews widget using your business address isn't possible. For online businesses or service areas without a physical address, use a Google Maps share link or embed code to pull reviews. Let's dive in! 😊

These methods use your Google Place ID. Every business listed on Google has one, even without a physical address. See the FAQ below for more details.

FAQ

Why can't I see some of my reviews?

Reviews might not show up immediately due to caching. Reviews update every 72 hours, so check the posting time of any missing ones. Learn more in this article: Why my Google reviews are not being updated.

My business is listed on Google, but it’s not on Maps. What should I do?

When you register your business on Google, a Google Place is automatically created on Maps. Finding the exact link can be tricky, so here’s what you can try:

  • Search for your business name directly in Google Maps.
  • Try searching by your website URL in Google Maps.

If you still can't find it, copy the link to your business from the Google search results and send it to us. We’ll be happy to help!

Can I add multiple businesses as sources in the widget?

The Google Reviews widget allows only one Google source. To combine multiple Google sources in one widget, try our All-in-One Reviews app.
