Filtering Reviews: How to Include or Exclude Content

All Elfsight Reviews widgets have a feature for excluding bad reviews using Filters. You can find this option in the Source tab of your widget settings:

There are two ways to exclude reviews from your feed:

By Minimum Rating

You can select a minimum rating from 2 to 5 stars. For example, if you set the Rating at Least filter to 4 stars, the widget will only display reviews rated 4 or 5 stars.

By Reviewer Name or Keyword

You can filter reviews based on the reviewer's name or specific keywords. This can be done in two ways:

• Exclude Reviews. This filter allows you to remove reviews that contain specific keywords or names from the feed. Enter the name or keyword in the Exclude Reviews field (1). To add more filters, click the Add Filter button (2):

  

• Include Reviews. This option will display only reviews that contain specific names or keywords. Enter the name or keyword in the Include Reviews field:

  

⚠️ Avoid using the same name or keyword for both Exclude and Include sections, as this will result in excluding all reviews.
