Filtering Reviews: How to Include or Exclude Content

All Elfsight Reviews widgets offer a filtering feature, allowing you to control which reviews appear on your website. You can easily find it under Settings → Filters in the widget editor:

There are several ways to filter reviews in your widget:

By Minimum Rating

You can select a minimum rating from 2 to 5 stars. For example, setting the Rating at Least filter to 4 stars will display only reviews rated 4 or 5 stars:

By Reviewer Name or Keyword

You can filter reviews based on the reviewer's name or specific keywords. There are two options:

• Exclude Reviews: Remove reviews containing specific names or keywords. Enter the name or keyword in the Exclude Reviews field (1). To add more filters, click the + Add Filter button (2):

  
  

• Include Reviews: Display only reviews that contain specific names or keywords. Enter the name or keyword in the Include Reviews field:

  
  

⚠️ Do not use the same name or keyword in both the Exclude and Include fields, as this will exclude all reviews.
