Upgrading your subscription plan in Old Dashboard

Upgrading subscription from Free plan
Follow those steps in case you'd like to switch from our Free plan to a paid one.

Log into your Elfsight account, go to
Applications and click on the app you'd like to upgrade:

Then on the app's page, click
Upgrade plan:

It will redirect you to a screen where you can select a subscription plan. Select the preferred billing cycle (
Monthly /
Annual) by switching the toggle and click
Select
Pay Yearly:
In case the limits of our regular plans are not enough for you, click See Enterprise plans below the pricing:
After this, you'll see the plans for our Enterprise clients:

After the plan is chosen, you'll see a popup. Add your billing info - email address, select the country, add the ZIP Code (if required), and the discount coupon code if you have one. Click
Continue:
Done! You've successfully upgraded your free subscription plan to a paid one.
Upgrading subscription from a paid plan
Here, you'll find how to upgrade the plan you're already subscribed to.

Log in to your Elfsight account, go to the
Billing tab, find the app you need to upgrade, and click
Change Plan next to it:

Switch the toggle to Annual if needed and click Select / Pay Yearly:
In case the limits of our regular plans are not enough for you, click See Enterprise plans below the pricing:
After this, you'll see the plans for our Enterprise clients:

It will redirect you to a confirmation window. Click
Confirm to upgrade your plan:
You have successfully upgraded your plan!
Getting charged for the upgrade
When you upgrade your subscription from a paid plan, you only have to pay the difference in price between the apps. You will be charged immediately. Updating your plan doesn’t change your billing date or your views refresh date, they remain the same.
Please keep in mind that our subscriptions are recurrent, so they’ll be automatically renewed at the end of the payment period.
