Upgrading subscription from free Lite plan

If you are subscribed to the Free Lite plan and you want to upgrade to a paid plan, please log into your Elfsight account, go to Applications tab, choose the app you'd like to upgrade and click Manage.

You will be redirected to a new window where you need to click Upgrade plan below the application's name.

It will redirect you to a screen where you can select a subscription plan. Please, pay attention to the Monthly/Annual toggle above the plans. It’s set to Annual by default, so if you need to subscribe on a monthly basis, switch it to monthly. Choose the plan you need and click Pay Yearly or Select depending on the basis you choose.

Then you will be redirected to a new window with payment details. Choose your location, payment method and fill in the payment information. 

Upgrading subscription from a paid plan

If you have already subscribed to a paid plan and you want to upgrade it, please log into your Elfsight account, go to the Billing tab, choose the app you'd like to upgrade, and click Change Plan.

You will be redirected to a screen where you can select a subscription plan. Choose the plan you need and click Pay Yearly (or Select if you subscribed on monthly basis).

It will redirect you to a confirmation window. Click Confirm to upgrade your plan. You have successfully upgraded your plan!

Getting charged for the upgrade

When you upgrade your subscription from a paid plan, you only have to pay the difference in price between the apps. You will be charged immediately. Updating your plan doesn’t change your billing date or your views refresh date, they remain the same.

Please keep in mind that our subscriptions are recurrent, so they’ll be automatically renewed at the end of the payment period.
