Why my Facebook Feed doesn't update

If your Facebook Feed widget isn’t showing new posts right away, don’t worry - it’s likely due to caching, which helps improve loading speed and reduce server load.

Here’s what you can do to ensure your feed is up-to-date:

1
Check when your Facebook post was published

The widget doesn’t fetch data from Facebook every time someone visits your page. Instead, it updates your feed every 6 hours by retrieving and caching new data. If your latest post was published within the last 6 hours, it may not appear immediately. Please, give it a little time and the post should show up after the cache refreshes.

2
Reconnect your widget

If your widget hasn’t updated for over 6 hours, it might be due to an expired connection token. In this case, try reconnecting your Facebook Feed widget.

3

If your posts still don't appear in the widget after reconnecting, please contact our Support team here or email us at [email protected]. We're happy to help! 😊
