Why my Facebook Feed widget doesn't update my profile picture

Sometimes, when you update your profile picture on Facebook, you may notice that it doesn't change in your Facebook Feed widget. This happens due to the way our widget interacts with Facebook.

When the widget requests data from Facebook, it receives only one profile picture - the oldest one in your profile picture folder on Facebook. This is the picture that gets displayed in the widget. Unfortunately, this behavior is regulated by Facebook, and we cannot change it. 

To ensure that your current picture is displayed in the widget, you will need to remove any previously used pictures from your profile picture folder. By doing so, the widget will be able to retrieve the new picture from your Facebook account.
