Why my Facebook page doesn't appear in Facebook Feed

If your Facebook page isn't showing up in the Facebook Feed widget, follow these simple steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Ensure your page is public

Our widget supports only fully public pages. If your page has any access restrictions, you need to remove them - Manage Page Settings.

Verify page permissions

Ensure you have admin or owner permissions for the page. Without these, the page cannot be linked to Facebook Feed.

Check Facebook Business Integrations

Go to Facebook Business Integrations page. Click View end edit next to Elfsight Plugin:

Here, make sure that these toggles are switched on:

Verify additional checkboxes
In some cases, there might be extra checkboxes within those toggles. Make sure all are checked:

Reconnect your widget
If your page still doesn't show up after adjusting permissions, try reconnecting your widget. Follow the instructions in this article - Reconnecting your Facebook Feed widget.
