Why my Facebook page doesn't appear in Facebook Feed

If your Facebook page isn't showing up in the Facebook Feed widget, follow these simple steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Ensure your page is public

Our widget works only with fully public pages. If your page has any access restrictions (like country or age limits), please remove them in your Page Settings.

Verify page permissions

Make sure you have Full control or Partial control (Task access) for the page. Without this access, you won’t be able to connect the page to your Facebook Feed. Learn more about permissions here: About Facebook Page access.

Check Facebook Business Integrations

Go to Facebook Business Integrations page. Click View and edit next to Elfsight Plugin:

Here, make sure that these toggles are switched on:

Verify additional checkboxes
In some cases, there might be extra checkboxes within those toggles. Make sure all are checked:

Reconnect your widget
