Adding Elfsight widget to OpenCart website

Follow this step-by-step guide to add an Elfsight widget to your Opencart website. Copy your widget installation code and let's get started! 😊

Add a static or floating widget to a specific page

Log in to your Opencart website dashboard and go to the Extensions tab → Extensions. Choose Modules as the filter:

In the Modules list, find the HTML Content element and create a new one:

Fill in the required information and add the widget installation code:

• Module Name: elfsight
• Description: click the Source or Code view icon and paste the installation code
• Status: Enabled

Don't forget to save your module by clicking the Save 💾 button:

Go to the Design section → Layouts, choose the required page, and click the Edit ✏️ icon:

Choose the module's position, click the Add Module icon, and select elfsight from the dropdown. Save the changes in the upper right corner:

Add a floating widget to all pages

In your Opencart dashboard, navigate to the Design tab → Theme Editor. Select the common template:

Find and open the footer.twig file:

Insert the widget installation code before the opening <footer> tag and save the changes:

That's it! You've added a floating widget to all pages of your website!

Add a static widget to all pages

The process is similar to adding a widget to a specific page. Follow these steps:
