Easy steps to request installation of your Elfsight widget

Need help installing your widget on your website? This article explains how to send us an installation request so we can handle it for you. 😊

Find the widget

Head to your Dashboard, find the widget you want us to install, and click Install next to it:

Request installation

Switch the tab to Request Installation in the popup window that appears:

Enter website details

Provide your website URL, select your website’s CMS from the dropdown menu (if available), and tell us where you want to see the widget. You can also leave comments in the Additional Information field. When ready, click Next:

Share backend access

To install the widget, we need access to your website’s backend.

We offer tutorials for most CMS platforms. If yours is listed, follow the guide to send a collaborator request. After sending it, type "Done" in the text field and click Submit Request:

If we don’t have a guide for your CMS, you'll be asked to provide your access credentials (admin access link, username, and password). Enter these details and click Submit Request:

And that's it! Now you can relax while we take care of the installation for you. 🧘
