Changing your billing information

Two ways of editing billing info

  • If you subscribed before August 10, 2018
  • If you subscribed after August 10, 2018

  • If you subscribed before August 10, 2018

    Initially, there was no way of changing your billing information from inside your Elfsight Apps account. We’ve only implemented the option of doing this on August 10, 2018. So if you’ve subscribed before that date, you need to contact our Support Team in case you need to change your card information. We’ll be happy to provide you with your personal link where you can edit your billing info.

    If you subscribed after August 10, 2018

    If you’ve subscribed after August 10, 2018, you can change it right from your account. To do it, please go to Billing tab, hover the dots and choose Edit Billing option in the drop-down menu.

    It will open a window where you can update both your payment method and card details.
