Changing your billing information

You can change your Billing Details within Elfsight Dashboard after you have subscribed to a paid plan. In this short guide, we will show you how.

Please note that if you need to change the email address for your invoices, you won't be able to do that on your end. For that, we kindly ask you to contact our Support Team. We will be happy to assist you with that!

Having logged in to your Elfsight account, click on your avatar and select Billing:

In the Billing section, click on the 3 dots to the right of your paid subscription and press Manage Payment Method:

You can select between a bank card or a PayPal account:

Clicking on Card will prompt you to enter your new card details. Press Update Card Details to save the changes: Selecting PayPal will open up a separate window in which you can connect your PayPal account:

Done! You have successfully changed your billing information.
