Keeping your invoice information up-to-date helps you avoid legal headaches and ensures your transactions run smoothly. This guide will show you how to add or edit your address on invoices quickly and easily.

Adding your personal address
Follow the steps below to include your personal address on your invoices.

Log in to your Elfsight account and go to the Billing tab:

Scroll down to Payment History and open the latest invoice by clicking View Invoice:

Click Add address & VAT Number to access the address fields:

Fill out the fields with your information and click Save:

That's it! The updated details will appear on all future invoices.
Adding your business address and VAT
Follow these steps to include your company name and VAT number on your invoices.

Log in to your Elfsight account and go to the Billing tab:

Scroll down to Payment History and open the latest invoice by clicking View Invoice:

Click Add address & VAT Number to access the address fields:

Check the box for This is a business purchase:

This will reveal fields for VAT Number and Company Name.

Complete the fields and click Save:

Your business details will now appear on future invoices.
Editing your address
Need to update an existing address? Follow the steps below.

Log in to your Elfsight account and go to the Billing tab:

Scroll down to Payment History and open the latest invoice by clicking View Invoice:

Click Edit address / Edit business address to make changes:

Update the details and click Save:

All future invoices will reflect your updated information.
