Adding address to your invoices

By keeping your invoice info up-to-date, you'll steer clear of any legal headaches and keep your paperwork above board. This quick guide is here to show you how to add and edit your address on your invoices, making your life a bit easier and keeping transactions smooth.

Adding your personal address

Once you opened your invoice, find and click Add address to open up the fields you can complete:

Following that, fill out all the relevant fields. Once it's done, click Save:

Easy as that. You have successfully added all the necessary personal information to your invoice!

Adding your business address

If you also require adding your company name and VAT, click on This is a business purchase when adding address to your invoice:

Once you enable it, you'll see additional fields named VAT Number and Company name:

Fill out these fields with the relevant information and then press Save:

From now on, this information will appear on all your future invoices going forward. 

Editing your address

Already got an address on your invoices but need to tweak it? Good news is you can do that by clicking on Edit address / Edit business address:

Change whatever details need updating and click Save:

Please note that changing existing VAT Number and Country is not possible. If this is what you're looking for, please contact our Support Team. We will be happy to assist you with that.
