Step 2: Adjusting your Click to Call widget on Settings tab
To ensure that your Click to Call widget appears correctly and in the desired position, it may be necessary to customize its placement. By following the instructions outlined here, you'll find it much easier to customize the position of your Click to Call widget.

Adjusting position
To change the position of your widget, you need to open the Position tab and choose the desired layout:
Choose Right / Left Floating layout if you would like your widget to scroll down along with the page. Stay with Inline if you would like the widget to be embedded to a particular spot on the page.
Changing display conditions
After finalizing the positioning of your widget, you can proceed to the Settings tab. This section of the article focuses on explaining the first four sections: Pages, Devices, Visitors, and Schedule.
Pages
In this particular section, you have the opportunity to specify the pages on which you want your widget to be displayed:

3. Specific Pages

- If you want to display the widget on all pages, you can simply select the All Pages option:

The other two settings are:

Exclude Pages - use this option if you want to remove the widget from some particular pages of your website
2. Specific Pages - use this option when you want to ensure that the widget shows up only on a few pages
In both options, click Add Page and paste the necessary URL:
Visitors
With the help of this section, you will be able to choose what category of your visitors should see the widget. Let's see what options you have:

All Visitors - the widget will be displayed for all your website visitors
2. New Visitors - the widget will exclusively be displayed to first-time visitors
3. Returning Visitors - the widget will be accessible solely to visitors who have previously been on your websiteSchedule
Here you can tick the days you need your widget to be active on your website and set the start and end time if necessary:
Adding triggers
There are 4 types of triggers which will help you change the way your widget appears on the website according to visitor's behavior. Here they are:

Time On Page - set the time the visitor has to spend on the page to open the window
2. Time On Site - set the time the visitor has to spend on the website to open the window
3. Scroll Position - set the scrolled page percentage for the widget to open automatically
4. Exit Intent - enable this setting to open the window automatically every time a visitor intends to leave the website or close the browser tab
Please note that it is essential to set only one trigger, as multiple triggers will result in the functionality not working as intended.
