Providing Access to Your Framer Website

Elfsight Support Team may occasionally need temporary backend access to your Framer project to install your widget or resolve functionality issues.

This guide will show you how to grant us access and remove it when it's no longer needed.

There are two ways to give us access in Framer — either to a single project or to your entire workspace. Choose the method that works best for you.

Providing Access to a Project

Open your Framer project and click Invite in the top-right corner:

Enter our email address support@elfsight.com and choose the Full Access option:

Click Send to email us an invitation and grant access to your project:

Providing Access to a Workspace

Open your Framer dashboard and click Invite Member in the top-right corner:

In the window that appears, enter our email address support@elfsight.com and set the role to Editor:

Click Invite to email us an invitation and give us access to your workspace:


Removing Elfsight User from the Project

In your Framer project, click Invite in the top-right corner:

Click on our user and then click Remove:

The Elfsight user has been successfully removed.

In the Framer dashboard, click on the Members icon in the top-right corner:

Find our email, click the role next to it, and select Remove from team from the dropdown:

The Elfsight user has been successfully removed.
