Changing video order in YouTube Gallery widget
If you ever feel that you need to rearrange the order of your videos in the YouTube Gallery widget, this article may come in handy.
First, you should know that our YouTube Gallery widget is simply an interface that displays the playlist the same way it is displayed on your YouTube Channel. A separate functionality to sort videos within the widget is not supported in our app yet.
However, there's a workaround for adjusting the video order in the widget: by changing the video order on YouTube itself.
If so, please support this feature by voting for it on our Wishlist here - Changing order of videos. Your vote not only expresses your desire to see this feature added, but also ensures you'll receive prompt notifications as soon as we roll out any updates.
Unfortunately, you can only rearrange the order of videos within playlists, and not for videos outside of playlists. While this limitation may seem a bit restrictive, it's just how the technical aspect works.

- 1
- Open your YouTube Channel and click Manage Videos:
- 2
- Go to the Playlists tab and click the action (...) button: Following that, choose Edit on YouTube:
- 3
- Here, you can rearrange your videos by simply dragging and dropping them:
Keep in mind that our YouTube Gallery widget doesn't provide real-time updates. Its update cycle is 24 hours. Therefore, once you've made the changes, it may take up to 24 hours for them to reflect in the widget.
