How to reset or update your Elfsight account password

Forgotten your Elfsight password or need to change it? We’re here to help! This guide will show you the simple steps to reset or update your password, so you can regain access or keep your account more secure.

Resetting your password from the login page

To reset a forgotten password, please open a password reset form or follow the steps:

Go to https://dash.elfsight.com/login and click Continue with Email: Then, click Follow Instructions on the login page:

Enter the email address associated with your Elfsight account and click Send Email:

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, click the Reset Password button:

Create a new password and click Save:
If you have Two-factor Authentication set up, you’ll need to enter the 2FA code after changing your password. Check out our guide on Managing Two-Factor Authentication to learn more.

That's it! You’re now logged in to your Elfsight account with a new password.

If you’re a collaborator on another Elfsight account, you can follow the same steps to reset your own password and regain access. Once logged in, you'll be able to view shared widgets:

  • Project Members: under the "Shared with me" tab.
  • Account Members: by switching to the other account's workspace.

Updating your password in the Elfsight dashboard

If you're already logged in and want to change your password, here’s how to do it from your account settings.

In your Elfsight dashboard, click on your profile in the top right corner → Account Settings:

Go to the Account & Security tab and click Change Password:

Enter your new password in the New Password field and click Confirm:

Well done! You've successfully updated your password.
