Providing Access to Your Carrd Website

Elfsight Support Team may occasionally need temporary access to your Carrd website to install your widget or resolve functionality issues.

In this article, we’ll guide you step-by-step on how to grant us access and remove it when it’s no longer needed.

Providing access

Log in to your Carrd dashboard, select the website you want to share access to, and click the Share icon:

Click on the Add User button:

Enter the email address support@elfsight.com in the Email field and click Add User:

That's it! You’ve successfully shared your Carrd editor access with us.

Removing Elfsight user

Once our work is done, feel free to revoke our access to your site. Here’s how you can do it:

Log in to your Carrd dashboard, select the website from which you want to remove access, and click on the Share icon:

Find the Elfsight user and click the Cancel button:
Confirm the cancellation by checking the checkbox and then click Cancel Access:

You've removed the editor access for the Elfsight user.
