Go to your HubSpot website's backend
Log in to your HubSpot dashboard, click on Marketing, select Website in the dropdown menu and then click on Website Pages: Choose the page where you'd like to add the widget:

Add code element to the page
Drag and drop the Rich Text element from the left-hand menu to the place where you'd like the widget to be displayed:

Add the widget
Click Insert (1) and choose Embed (2): Paste the installation code (1) in the popup and click Insert (2) to apply the code:

You have successfully added an inline widget to your HubSpot website!

Adding your widget to all pages

Go to your HubSpot website's backend
Log in to your HubSpot dashboard. Click the Settings icon, go to the Website tab in the sidebar and click Pages:

Paste the installation code
In the Templates (1) tab add the first line of the installation code to Site Header HTML (2): Then add the second line of the installation code to Site Footer HTML (1) and click Save (2):

You have successfully added a floating widget to all the pages of your HubSpot website!
