Step 1: Connect Facebook Chat to Facebook

Our Facebook Chat lets you easily connect with visitors through Facebook Messenger. To get started with your widget, please connect it to Facebook through the widget editor by following these steps:

Open the Connect tab in the widget's settings, click Connect to Facebook and sign in with your account:

Confirm your identity by clicking Continue as:

Choose the Facebook Page you would like to link to the widget:

Well done! Your Facebook Chat widget is now connected.
