Please follow these steps before requesting a refund to look for a quick solution to your case and determine your eligibility.
1. Review Common Refund Scenarios and Solutions
These situations may seem to need a refund, but can be easily resolved without one.
2. Check Eligibility Criteria
Within 14 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund for any reason by submitting your request.
After the 14-day period is over, eligibility depends on the following:
- Eligible
- The app has a bug that our developers cannot fix within two weeks of your report.
- Your use case is no longer supported due to changes in the app.
- Not Eligible
- You no longer need the app but didn’t cancel the subscription before it renewed.
- You decided to stop using the app for reasons not related to its performance and canceled your subscription in the middle of the paid period.
- You requested extensive widget customization or new functionality that isn't feasible after the 14-day period.
For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
3. Submit Your Refund Request (If Applicable)
