Providing access to your Jumpseller website

Sometimes Elfsight Support Team might request the file with your Mobirise website. This article explains the reasons why and the way of sharing it.

Why we might need access

Here are the basic reasons:

• to help you install your widget
• to fix compatibility issues
• to customize your widget

3 easy steps to provide access

Log in to your Jumpseller admin panel and click Create Account in Accounts section:

Fill in the required information. Please, make sure to select Administrator as the role, as this will give us necessary permissions to add the widget to your website.

Press Save and the person you're sharing the access with will receive an email with all the pertinent information.

Remove Elfsight user

It’s important to delete the users you gave access to your website's backend to when they no longer need it. To do it, go to Accounts section, click on Delete icon next to the user's name and confirm deletion:

Is it safe to provide access?

We request access to a website's backend to work with our widgets only. Our high skilled developers who are extremely good at Jumpseller will come to the rescue and make things right for you! We're not going to work with any other elements on your website.
