Providing access to your Webnode website
Sometimes Elfsight Support Team might request temporary access to your Webnode website's admin panel to install a widget or address functionality issues.
This guide will walk you through the steps to grant us access and how to remove it when it's no longer necessary.

Providing access
To give us access, you need to add a new temporary user. This is how you can do it:

- Log in to your Webnode admin panel and go to Settings: Choose Website Editors and press Invite User:

- A new screen will be displayed. Click Invite new user:

- Enter the email address [email protected], choose the Editor user role and click Invite new user:
The user Elfsight with [email protected] email has been added.
Removing Elfsight user
It’s important to delete the users you gave access to your website's backend to when they no longer need it.

- Log in to your Webnode admin panel and go to Settings: Choose Website Editors and click Invite User:

- You will be taken to the editing screen. Tick the box with the user you'd like to remove and press Delete: Click Delete user in the confirmation window that appears:
The user Elfsight with [email protected] email has been removed.
