Troubleshooting Login Issues with Your Elfsight Account

Having trouble logging in to your Elfsight account? Don’t worry—this guide will help you understand the most common login errors, why they happen, and what to do to regain access.

Find your issue below and follow the steps to fix it.

✉️ Wrong Сredentials

This email was not found / Forgot email


If you see the This email was not found error, there's no Elfsight account linked to the email you entered:

To find the correct login email, open the Forgot email page and enter the website address where your widget is installed.

We’ll send recovery details to the email linked to your account:

Wrong password / Forgot password


If you see the Wrong password message, the email and password you entered don’t match:

To reset your password, open the Password Reset page. Enter your email and follow the link in the email you receive.

Don’t see the email? Check your Spam or Junk folder. Once you’ve reset your password, try logging in again.

🔐 No Recovery Access

No access to login email inbox


If you can't access your login email inbox (deleted mailbox, can't sign in, etc.), please contact Elfsight Support team.

Include your account email and a payment receipt for verification.

No access to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) app


If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled on your account, the system will prompt you to enter a six-digit code to log in:

If you’re unable to access your 2FA app to retrieve the verification code, please contact Elfsight Support and share your account email and a payment receipt for verification.

🔗 Invalid Login Method

Unable to log in with Google or Facebook


If your account was created with an email and password, trying to log in with Google or Facebook may show this error:

To fix this, verify your email address. Open the confirmation email from noreply@elfsight.com and click Confirm Email Address:

Сan't find the confirmation email? Log in to Elfsight with your email and password, go to the Account & Security tab, and resend the verification email.

Once verified, try logging in with Google or Facebook again.

Unable to log in using “Continue with Email”


If your account was created with Google or Facebook, it doesn’t have a password. That’s why the Continue with Email option won’t work and you may see Wrong password error:

Log in using Google or Facebook first, then set a password on the Password Reset page. After that, you can log in with your email and password.


🛠️ Still Can't Log In?

If the issue persists, please contact Elfsight Support and provide the following details:

  • Your login email (or any emails you may have used)
  • A link to a page where your Elfsight widget is installed
  • An invoice or bank statement, if you have a paid subscription
