Why we might need access
Here are the basic reasons:
- to help you install your widget
- to fix compatibility issues
- to customize your widget
Inviting a contributor
To give us access you need to add a new contributor. This is how you can do it:
- Log in to your Squarespace admin panel and select Settings.
- Click Permissions.
- Click Invite Contributor.
Fill in the Contributor information and choose Permissions.
- Name: elfsight
- Email: [email protected]
- Permissions: Administrator.
The invitation has been sent.
A contributor didn’t receive the invitation
In case a contributor didn’t receive the invitation, you can send the invitation link manually. This is how you can do it: Click the contributor’s name in the Invites Sent field and copy the invitation link. Now you may send it to a contributor via email.
Is it safe to provide Elfsight with access?
We request access to a website's backend to work with our widgets only. Our high skilled developers who are extremely good at Squarespace will come to the rescue and make things right for you! We're not going to work with any other elements on your website.
If you have any questions left, please feel free to contact our Support Team, we will be delighted to assist.
