How to customize your Popup display frequency
You've installed your Popup widget on your website and are wondering if you can manage how often it appears to your visitors? You've come to the right place! In this guide, we'll walk you through the various options for adjusting the frequency of your Popup widget's display.
To see all the available choices, open your widget's editor and navigate to the Settings tab → Frequency:

Show every time
The Show every time option is selected by default. With this setting enabled, your Popup will appear each time a visitor opens the page with the widget:
Show every time, until I close it
This option ensures that the Popup will keep appearing until the visitor manually closes it:
Show once
The Show once setting will make the Popup appear only once for a unique visitor. Once displayed, it will not reappear during the next visits or page refreshes:
Show every day
Selecting Show every day makes the Popup appear once per day for each visitor:
Show every week
With the Show every week option, the Popup will appear once per week for every visitor:
