Setting a schedule in your Viber Chat widget

Within your Viber Chat widget settings, you have the option to set up a customized schedule for its visibility on your website. This feature enables you to choose when to show your widget to visitors, ensuring a seamless alignment with your business hours or specific timeframes. Below, you can find the steps on how to configure this setup.

Open your widget's editor, go to the Settings tab (1), click on Chat Display Settings (2) and select Date & Time (3):

Here, you can choose the days you need your widget to be active on your website (1) and enable the Set the Time Schedule option (2) to specify the precise time for the widget to appear on the selected days:

Adjust the time when the widget appears on the website next to the Start Time setting, and set the time for it to stop displaying next to the End Time setting:

Finally, ensure accurate scheduling by setting the required Time Zone:
