Setting a schedule in your Telegram Chat widget

When customizing your Telegram Chat widget, take advantage of the option to set a specific time schedule for its appearance on your website. This functionality allows you to decide precisely when the widget is displayed, aligning with your business hours or specific timeframes. Refer to the steps outlined below to create a personalized schedule for your widget.

Open your widget's editor, go to the Settings tab (1), click on Chat Display Settings (2) and select Date & Time (3):

Here, you can choose the days you need your widget to be active on your website (1) and enable the Set the Time Schedule option (2) to specify the precise time for the widget to appear on the selected days:

Adjust the time when the widget appears on the website next to the Start Time setting, and set the time for it to stop displaying next to the End Time setting:

Finally, ensure accurate scheduling by setting the required Time Zone:
