Setting a schedule in your All-in-One Chat widget

To personalize your All-in-One Chat widget, you can set a specific time for the widget to appear on your website. This functionality allows you to choose when the widget is visible to visitors, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with your business hours or specific time intervals. Follow the steps outlined below to set up your own schedule for the widget.

Open your widget's editor, go to the Settings tab (1), click on Chat Display Settings (2) and select Date & Time (3):
Here, you can choose the days you need your widget to be active on your website (1) and enable the Set the Time Schedule option (2) to specify the precise time for the widget to appear on the selected days:
Adjust the time when the widget appears on the website next to the Start Time setting, and set the time for it to stop displaying next to the End Time setting:
Finally, ensure accurate scheduling by setting the required Time Zone:
