Why my Pinterest Feed widget doesn't update

Please, don't worry if your Pinterest Feed widget doesn't instantly display new posts from your Pinterest account.

The reason behind this is that our widget uses cache to make it load faster and to reduce the load on the server. The widget doesn't request Pinterest each time your page is opened or reloaded. Instead, it requests Pinterest once every 6 hours, pulls in the content, stores it in the cache, and displays it from the cache. 

After the cache is expired, the widget requests Pinterest for the posts again, and that's when the updates make it to your feed.
