Why my BBB reviews are not being updated

The most general reason for not-updating the reviews is the cache. Our BBB Reviews widget uses 72-hour cache, so the new reviews may get displayed in your widget with a delay.

Why all Elfsight Reviews apps use cache

Our Reviews widgets use cache due to technical reasons: to make the widget load faster and reduce the server load. They don't receive data each time someone browses your widget. Instead, they make a request once in every 72 hours, pull in the reviews, store them in the cache, and display them from the cache. After the cache is expired, the widget sends a request for the reviews again, and that's when the new ones make it to your widget.
