Why my Booking reviews are not being updated

You may notice that your latest reviews are not displayed in the widget, and the most general reason for missing reviews is the cache. Our Booking Reviews widget uses 72-hours cache, so the new reviews may get displayed in your widget with a delay.

Why all Elfsight Reviews apps use cache

Our Reviews widgets use cache to make the widget load faster and reduce the server load. They don't receive data each time someone browses your widget. Instead, they make a request once in every 72 hours, pull in the reviews, store them in the cache, and display them from the cache. After the cache is expired, the widget sends a request for the reviews again, and that's when the new ones make it to your widget.
