Why my Amazon reviews are not being updated
If you see that your latest reviews on Amazon are not displayed in your widget, the most common reason for that is the cache. Our Amazon Reviews widget use 72-hour cache, so there may be a delay with displaying the new reviews.
Why all Elfsight Reviews apps use cache
Our Reviews widgets use cache to make the widget load faster and reduce the server load. They don't receive data each time someone browses your widget. Instead, they make a request once in every 72 hours, pull in the reviews, store them in the cache, and display them from the cache. After the cache is expired, the widget sends a request for the reviews again, and that's when the new ones make it to your widget.
72 hours have passed and the reviews still not showing up
