Importing Google Photos into Your Photo Gallery Widget

Easily showcase your images using the Photo Gallery Widget — with Google Photos integration, you can quickly import photos directly from Google Photos. This guide will show you how to connect and import your images, saving you time! ☺️

Connect Google Photos

In the widget editor, go to the Photos tab and click Import Google Photos:

Click Connect to Google Photos:

In the pop-up window, choose the Google account you want to connect to:

Then click Continue:

Finally, allow the necessary permissions for Elfsight:

Awesome! Your widget is now successfully connected to Google Photos.

Import Images from Google Photos

Once your widget is linked to Google Photos, follow these simple steps to start importing:

Click Select Photos:

A picker window will open with your albums and photos. Select up to 10 images you'd like to import:

Click Done to finish, and close the popup window:

Navigate to the widget editor, where the imported images will appear:

You can click on each photo to add individual titles, descriptions, links, and more.

Great! Your Google Photos images have been imported and will show up with your other images in the widget! 🏞️

Disconnecting Google Photos

Disconnecting Google Photos from your widget is easy. Here’s how to remove the integration:

On the Photos tab, click + Add Photos:

Click Import Google Photos:

Click the three-dots menu icon and select Disconnect:

Confirm by clicking Disconnect in the next window:

That’s it! You've successfully imported your images from Google Photos and can now showcase them in your Photo Gallery! ✨
