Setting a schedule in your WhatsApp chat widget

When you customize your WhatsApp Chat widget, don't miss the opportunity to set up a specific time schedule for the widget to appear on your website. This feature allows you to choose when to display your widget to visitors, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your business hours or specific timeframes. Open your widget's editor, go to the Settings tab (1), click on Chat Display Settings (2) and select Date & Time (3):

Here, you can choose the days you need your widget to be active on your website (1) and enable the Set the Time Schedule option (2) to specify the precise time for the widget to appear on the selected days:

Adjust the time when the widget appears on the website next to the Start Time setting, and set the time for it to stop displaying next to the End Time setting:

Finally, ensure accurate scheduling by setting the required Time Zone:
