Deleting your Elfsight Account

If you decide that you no longer need your Elfsight account, you can delete it following the steps described below.

Click on your profile in the top right corner → Account Settings:

In the Account menu on the left side panel, select Account & Security:

Find the Delete Account section and click the confirmation button:

If you are absolutely certain that you won't need the account or the widget(s) associated with it, click Confirm:

If you have any active paid subscriptions, the system will ask you to cancel them first. To proceed, click Go to My Subscriptions in the confirmation window:

Once cancellation is done, you can continue with the account deletion process.

That's all! In 7 days, your account will be deleted. If you change your mind and want to restore it during this period, please contact our Support Team — we’ll be happy to help.

After 7 days, restoring your account won’t be possible.
