How to open the Console via Inspect
It's very easy. All you need to do here is right-click on the page and press Inspect:
The console will be opened on the Elements tab by default but you need to switch to the Console tab:

How to open the Console with hotkeys
To open the console with hotkeys, you need to press Ctrl + Shift + J [MacOs - Cmd + Option + J] for most of the browsers. This is how it looks like:
