How to link WhatsApp Business account to WhatsApp Chat widget

As our WhatsApp Chat widget supports URLs, you can link it to your WhatsApp Business account via a short link. 

In this article, you will find a step-by-step guide on where to find the link and how to add it to the widget.

Open WhatsApp Business app and go to More options → Business Tools:

Tap Short link:

You'll see the auto-generated URL. 
In case you need to add a pre-filled message, turn the Message toggle on, type the text and click OK:

Copy the URL by clicking on the link icon:

Paste it to the widget configurator, Content → Phone Number or URL field:

Done! Now you'll receive your website visitors' messages in your WhatsApp Business app.
