How to find the appropriate link for Shopify YouTube Gallery app

There are 3 types of YouTube Channel links: Channel URL (ID-based)Custom URL (https://www.youtube.com/c/[channel]) and Handles (https://youtube.com/@channel-handle-name). Please keep in mind that our Shopify app supports only ID-based URLs.

Unfortunately, at the moment, our Shopify YouTube Gallery app doesn't support custom links. So, to make it work, you need to find an ID-based link to your channel.

You can find your Channel ID in your advanced account settings on a computer or mobile browser.

1
Log in to your YouTube account.
2
In the top right corner, click on your profile picture and choose Settings:
3
In the left menu, select Advanced settings:
4
Copy your Channel ID:
5
Replace your channel's name with your Channel ID: https://www.youtube.com/channel/ Channel ID.
6
Paste ID-based URL to the widget.

Done! You've successfully added your YouTube Channel URL to your Shopify YouTube Gallery app.
