Why my Twitter Feed doesn't display media files

Unfortunately, due to restrictions set on the side of Twitter, our Twitter Feed widget is unable to display some media files in the same way they are displayed in your tweets.

Why my Twitter Feed doesn't display GIF files

Sadly, our Twitter Feed widget doesn't support GIF files in any way. Thus, if your tweets include GIF files, the widget will display them as links. As we have already mentioned above, this is a Twitter-related restriction that we are unable to overcome at the moment:

How to display pictures in my Twitter Feed

As you may already know, our Twitter Feed widget supports the following types of displaying content - Profile (1), Hashtag (2), and Testimonials (3):

If you want your Twitter Feed widget to fetch pictures that you have in your tweets, we suggest that you set Profile as Content to Display. It will allow you to display all the pictures that you would like to see in the widget:

If the chosen type of displaying content is Hashtag, the widget will display only some particular pictures while others may be displayed in the widget as links:

Unfortunately, if you choose to set  Testimonials as Content to Display, your widget won't fetch any pictures - all of them will be displayed as links:

How to display video files in my Twitter Feed

If your tweets contain video files and you would like them to be included in your Twitter Feed widget, please make sure that the source of your widget is either Profile or Hashtag:

If the chosen source is Testimonials, the videos will appear in the widget as links:

If you don't want your Twitter Feed widget to display media files as links, you can simply exclude those tweets from your widget on the Filters tab of the widget's settings:
