My Instagram Feed source doesn't work

Sometimes when you are trying to add your source to the Instagram Feed widget, you may face the following issue, even though you have a huge number of posts.

Why does it happen?

First of all, you should check your Instagram account settings. Instagram allows its users to make their accounts private or to control the age of their Instagram content’s viewers by setting up a minimum age limit for their accounts.

If your account is private, only your Instagram followers can see your posts. That's why our widget doesn't find them.

Likewise, it happens when your account has age restrictions: only authorized Instagram users that are over the age you've set are allowed to view your posts

To sum up, the Instagram Feed widget supports only public accounts without any restrictions.

What should I do?

All you need to do is to switch your Instagram account to public. Please go to your profile settings - Privacy - Account Privacy and change your account to the public one.

If you need to remove a minimum age limit, please go to your profile settings, select Business or Creator depending on your profile type, and delete the age limit.
